SNAPSHOT allows you to create as many document templates as necessary to help you and your staff manage your indexing requirements and the OCR engine used is rated as one of the best in the industry.

SNAPSHOT uses Open RTK from Expervision for its OCR engine. Expervision employs a unique Machine-Learned Fragment Analysis (MLFA) for document recognition. The MLFA technology is based on a multi-dimensional mathematical model. This model is extremely fast and it has the capacity to contain font and character information for virtually any character in any language.
